International Systems

The Human Rights Brief’s International Systems section provides scholarship related to multilateral and supranational institutions, as well as local, regional, and international courts that adjudicate on international human rights and humanitarian law.  Brief articles may take legal, academic, practical and/or policy perspectives, and may cover issues related to relevant cases, legislation, and regional and international treaties concerning human rights issues from these systems and institutions.
