The Human Rights Brief’s Americas section aims to include scholarship related to human rights developments within North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean.  Brief articles may take legal, academic, practical and/or policy perspectives, and may cover issues related to relevant cases, legislation, and regional and international treaties concerning human rights issues of the region.
