The Human Rights Brief’s Europe and Central Asia section provides scholarship related to human rights developments across Europe and Central Asia.  Brief articles may take legal, academic, practical and/or policy perspectives, and may cover issues related to relevant cases, legislation, and regional and international treaties concerning human rights issues of the region.
