The Information Desks are located at the entrance level of the Warren, Capital and Yuma Buildings. Our goal is to serve the diverse needs of the law school community by offering a multitude of services to our students, faculty, staff, and guests.

VISITORS/GUEST/CLINIC CLIENTS
Visitors / Guest are asked to use the Warren Entrance at 4300 Nebraska Avenue.
Visitors/Guest are asked to wear a mask.
Extra mask will be available at the Warren Information Desk.
Visitors/Guest are asked to stop at the Warren Information Desk.
Visitors/Guest must be pre-registered BEFORE arrival.
To avoid delays, we kindly ask all offices expecting visitors (including the law clinic clients) to email the visitor's name, date of visit and expected time of visit to infodesk@wcl.american.edu. Visitor/Guest not pre-registered may experience long delays while we locate the receiver.
Visitors/Guest must be ESCORTED to offices.
We will notify you when the guest arrives and ask you to meet them at the Warren entrance. Please Note: guests will not be allowed to proceed without a companion
Services Provided
Some of the services provided by the Information Desk are:
- Concierge/Reception services
- Distribute event/classroom information
- After- hours package drop off / pick-up point for Faculty/Staff
- Assist with locating DPS
- Lost and Found
- Assist with locating Facilities/Housekeeping
- Timestamp assistance
- Assist with taxi service
Deliveries/Couriers
All couriers and package drop offs will be directed to the mailroom via the loading dock. When requesting to leave packages/envelopes at the Information Desk to be picked please note the following:

Location to return uncollected items
Food Deliveries
We kindly ask you to instruct food deliveries to meet you at the YUMA ENTRANCE side of the building. The Warren Information Desk will not be available to accepted food deliveries.
Apparel Store
The law school has an on-campus apparel store located at the Warren Information Desk. Because of our space restrictions, some items can also be purchased through our online apparel store.
Transportation
The information desk can assist with making arrangements for taxi service for you or your guest. If going to the train station (Union Station) or the airport, we can call ahead and place a reservation for one to be here at your preferred designated time.
Please note all taxi pick-ups and drop offs (this would include uber and Lyft also) will be done at the Yuma entrance. The address is 4100 Yuma St. N.W. This is the designated address for Uber and Lyft for WCL (it will automatically come up when you enter your request.
