Program Payments
The $500 monthly administrative fee is billed quarterly, unless other arrangements have been made. This fee is payable by check drawn on a US bank or money order. Local money order places include:

- Western Union (located inside Giant Supermarket)

- MoneyGram (located inside CVS)

Program Extensions
Research scholars may be able to extend their program at AUWCL beyond their initial term. Please contact the International Visiting Scholars Program at ivsp@wcl.american.edu at least 2 months before your initial end date to see if you are eligible for an extension.
Presentations to the AUWCL Community
Scholars are encouraged to present their work to the AUWCL community at the conclusion of their program. Please contact the International Visiting Scholars Program at ivsp@wcl.american.edu one month before you wish to present to help organize your presentation.
AUWCL Academic Integrity Code
