Description
This course is a one-credit practical skills class designed to give students a thorough grounding in international and foreign law research. In addition to basic international and foreign law research, the course will cover researching the law of international organizations, as well as a variety of specific topics, such as human rights, intellectual property, and international trade. Students will be evaluated on the basis of a 10-page pathfinder written project, an in-depth research problem, several CALI exercises, and class participation.
