Description

This course relates to the Summer Institute on Law & Government Law & Gov. Summer.

Students wishing to enroll for three credits of Advanced Problems in Administrative Law and Regulatory Policy should consult the Summer Institute schedule of 31 individual three-hour lectures Law & Gov. Courses, determine which classes they wish to take (four classes equals one credit, eight classes equals two credits, twelve classes equals three credits, etc.), register in the WCL Summer School for that number of credits (visiting students also need to apply to the Summer School ), and then complete the application for the Summer Institute which includes selection of the individual lectures Summer Application.

Credits may also be earned for the Summer Institute under LAW 707-001 Advanced Constitutional Law; LAW 843-001 Advanced Issues in Immigration Policy; and LAW 872-001 Regulatory Law & Policy: Financial Regulatory Reform.
