Description

This course relates to the Summer Institute on Law & Government Law & Gov. Summer.

Students wishing to enroll for four credits of Advanced Constitutional Law should consult the Summer Institute schedule of 31 individual three-hour lectures Law & Gov. Courses, determine which classes they wish to take (four classes equals one credit, eight classes equals two credits, twelve classes equals three credits, etc.), register in the WCL Summer School for that number of credits (visiting students also need to apply to the Summer School ), and then complete the application for the Summer Institute which includes selection of the individual lectures Summer Application.

Credits may also be earned for the Summer Institute under LAW 843-001 Advanced Issues in Immigration Policy; LAW 872-001 Regulatory Law & Policy: Financial Regulatory Reform; and LAW 881-001 Advanced problems in Administrative Law & Regulatory Policy.
