Description

This seminar deals with different aspects of America's unique electoral system. Topics include gerrymandering, campaign finance laws, voter registration, the Voting Rights Act, voter IDs, felon disenfranchisement, primary elections, presidential elections and other features of our constitutional and statutory election law. A paper is required.
