Description
This course is designed for students interested in the theory and practice of solving international commercial and investor-State disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods, such as negotiation and mediation. The objective of the course is to prepare students to engage in non-adversarial dispute resolution in legal practice as practitioners, facilitators and neutrals. The course will be assessed based on course participation and a final exam.
