Description

This course will address the intricacies of patent and trademark appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Coverage will include jurisdiction, procedures, standards of review, and the selection and structure of arguments on appeal. Substantive knowledge of patent and trademark law may, at times, be helpful, but is not required.
