Collaborative Law is another form of an alternate dispute resolution model where parties each retain collaboratively trained attorneys to represent them to resolve legal disputes in a cooperative and transparent manner with the goal to reach settlement without going to court. Collaborative Law is being used increasingly in both family law and non-family law cases!

Administrative Law Review Spring Symposium: Rise of AI in Federal Agencies

On April 10th, 2021, the Administrative Law Review will be hosting a symposium called "The Rise of AI in Federal Agencies." It will be moderated by Professor Jeffery Lubbers. The symposium will cover the benefits of the use of AI in federal agencies, the potential negatives, and how AI will be used in the future in federal agencies. There will be two panels, the first one will be practitioners in the field giving an outside perspective on the topic. The second panel will be with current and former agency officials who will give an inside perspective on agency use of AI.
