Student Organizations
The International Trade and Investment Law Society (ITILS) at Washington College of Law (WCL) in Washington DC is a student-run organization that seeks to support students and alumni of WCL and the broader DC trade and investment community in their interest and practice of trade and investment law.
ELSA Moot Courts on WTO Law
AUWCL students participate annually in the World Trade Organization (WTO) Moot Court competition organized by the European Law Students Association (ELSA) in collaboration with the WTO. The ELSA's John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition (formerly known as EMC2) is a simulated hearing of the Dispute Settlement System of the World Trade Organization. The competition is open to teams from around the globe, giving them the opportunity to present their legal skills and knowledge of WTO law in front of WTO and trade law experts.
