On April 12th, Professor Farley will be on a panel at AIPPI 10th Annual International Conference discussing best ways to protect trademarks in the cannabis industry under current U.S. law. The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, known as AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle), is the world’s leading non-profit association dedicated to the development and improvement of laws for the protection of intellectual property. It is a politically neutral, non-profit organization, based in Switzerland with over 8000 members worldwide from 131 countries. The Mexican Group of AIPPI (AMPPI) will hold its 10th International conference virtually for the first time.
