In August 2017, far-right group the Proud Boys, registered its trademark. JLVD Holdings LLC applied for a trademark for PROUD BOYS in international class 35 for ‘association services’, specifically those related to ‘organizing chapters of a fraternity and promoting the interests of the members thereof’.
