Prof. Christine Haight Farley Authors Chapter in WIPO Report on Protection Against Unfair Competition

PIJIP Faculty Director Christine Haight Farley authored a report on legal protections against unfair competition in the United States and Canada, which was published as chapter in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Today she presented her chapter to the 46th Session of the WIPO Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications (SCT) at the organization's headquarters in Geneva.
