PIJIP Appoints Charles Duan, Senior Policy Fellow
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Duan as a Senior Policy Fellow of the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property (PIJIP). Charles' work with PIJIP will focus on the impact of patent law on generic drug availability and scientific research, computer software copyrights, and competition and interoperability in digital markets.

On April 22nd, Professor Farley will be presenting her paper “Furniture Fights” at the 14th Annual Design Day hosted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and co-sponsored by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the IP Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA-IPL), the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
