Welcome to the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Leadership Development

The Office of Inclusive Excellence and Leadership Development believes that true excellence is achieved through a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusivity, and the cultivation of skills that empower us to serve and lead effectively. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices and perspectives are valued, members of our community feel a sense of belonging, and future leaders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to navigate the complex challenges of a diverse society with integrity and impact. We collaborate with student organizations, staff, and faculty on strategic initiatives and programs that foster inclusive practices and provide skill-building opportunities so that members of the AUWCL community can thrive, lead, and contribute meaningfully to the legal profession.
