Bio
Alyse chairs the Beveridge & Diamond PC's White Collar, Environmental Crimes & Investigations practice group. She uses her experience as a former Deputy Chief in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia to assist clients with compliance, enforcement, internal investigations, and white-collar matters. Most recently, Alyse led an internal investigation on behalf of one of the country’s leading universities regarding alleged falsification of record-keeping materials. She also recently led an investigation on behalf of a publicly traded company into whistleblower allegations of company-wide instances of intentional regulatory non-compliance.
