Evan Zoldan



Evan C. Zoldan is a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Division, Fraud Section, where he investigates and litigates claims against entities that have defrauded the Federal Government on behalf of the United States. Prior to joining the Justice Department, Mr. Zoldan was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, where he represented clients in both litigation and international trade matters. Prior to his time at Kirkland, Mr. Zoldan served as law clerk to the Honorable Nancy B. Firestone on the United States Court of Federal Claims. He received his B.A. in Political Philosophy from New York University and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor on Georgetown's Law & Policy in International Business journal. Mr. Zoldan has authored law review articles for the Connecticut Law Review, the Public Contract Law Journal, and Law & Policy in International Business.
