Michael Triplett

Adjunct Instructor Michael Triplett is also a legal editor and reporter for BNA, where he writes about the Supreme Court, legal decisions and trends, and government regulations relating to employment law for BNA's Daily Labor Report. He also has his own private practice doing estate and life planning for non-married couples. He is a member of the Maryland bar. Prior to joining BNA, he was an attorney with Legal Services of Northern Virginia. A native of St. Louis, he is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with degrees in journalism and political science and a graduate degree in education. Before receiving his J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law, he worked as a high school teacher, a university administrator, and a labor-management representative.
