Adjunct Instructor James O’Sullivan has served in legal and policy positions at several federal agencies where his practice areas have included administrative, civil and appellate litigation, government ethics, maritime, and antitrust law. Currently, he is an attorney in the Departmental Ethics Office of the Department of Justice. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where he was an editor of the American Criminal Law Review. Prior to his legal career, he was a full-time member of the English Department faculties of Georgetown University and the United States Naval Academy. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and New York.
